Registration data: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and country when you complete the ST8Coach application form.
Usage data: which videos you have watched, stored locally in your browser (localStorage) — this data never leaves your device.
Booking data: preferred date and time when you request a Discovery Call.

3. How We Use Your Data

To deliver the ST8Coach Briefing Pack and associated content.
To contact you about your Discovery Call booking.
To send relevant follow-up communications about the ST8Coach programme via email and SMS (with your consent).

4. Legal Basis

We process your data on the basis of your explicit consent, given when you complete the application form and tick the consent checkbox. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing hello@emberst8.life.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data. We share data only with trusted processors who help us deliver the programme (e.g., email and SMS delivery platforms). All processors are bound by data processing agreements and GDPR-compliant safeguards.
